It’s been so nice to see so many familiar faces in the last few months at the investment clubs in Northern and Southern California. Can you believe 2008 is almost behind us?! Upgraded Hard Money & Trust Deed Investment Resources

First off, we know we aren’t the only ones busy buying and selling real estate in California. The hard money loan business has been extremely busy the past three months. Deals are now being found in all major counties including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orange County, and even San Diego! I am aware that some people who enjoy listening to the radio show via our streaming player are having some difficulties. I haven’t quite figured out what the issue is with the software. We continue this weekend with Inland Empire economist John Husing. I actually just finished posting the show. Coming up we have Corelogic and hopefully a representative from the Urban Land Institute and the Center for Responsible Lending.

The Unofficial Release of Two New 2009 Events

Now for some real exciting news! We haven’t officially released much information on two new seminars coming up in January and February simply because we’re still planning and researching like crazy. However, I would like you to at least mark your calendars.

January 31st, Bruce will release his new market timing update report entitled, “Category 5.” Bruce will delve into what to expect for 2009, the commercial crash, understanding the cash flow opportunities in California, an update on his prediction from January 2006 and where we are today, and so much more. This event along with official pricing will be released mid-December.

On February 21st, The Norris Group is proud to announce a collaboration with Mike Cantu who will teach for the first time ever his new course, “Rental Properties & Management.” Mike is one of the most experienced and successful real estate investors in California and we can’t wait to hear about how Mike approaches rental properties, how he selects tenants, the rules on collections and enforcement, necessary paperwork, and one of my favorite things to hear, war stories. One year ago most didn’t think a wholesale deal was possible in California. 12 months later, investors are forced to consider holding because the properties they are purchasing cash flows in California…TODAY!

Mike Cantu’s event will officially launch in mid-January.

Winning Awards!

I’d also like to inform you that our “I Survived Real Estate 2008″ event was the winner of first place in the educational group division (have a trophy to prove it) and forth place for all group entries! The Orange County Komen walk raised over $3 million for breast cancer.
