I would never create and give away a free ebook unless I knew I could sell it for no less than $20. Just because your ebook is free, don’t make the mistake of putting in shoddy quality content. First, write down each of the steps individually. Then write out the content for each step. The whole book should only be 20 or 30 pages long.

Another way to get content for your site is to interview an expert in the field. For instance, if you are targeting the investor real estate niche, find someone who is an expert in the field and interview them.

This is an easy process, and you have to do little work.

The best way to do this cheaply and quickly is to write out a series of questions, email them to the expert and get them to answer them, and there you go, you have a book ready to be given away.
