One of the things we have found with those who are most successful is they have certain traits, habits and things they do which separate them from the masses. Napoleon Hill for example, studied multi-millionaires for years to find the universal characteristics behind their success. Other authors like Anthony Robbins and Harv Ecker have written about similar principles.

Accountability
You and you alone are responsible for what you are and what you accomplish. We live in a world where people blame instead of taking responsibility. Never blame others for your situations or your failures. Acknowledge your failures or mistakes and use that knowledge to find solutions for your future success.
Goals
Goal setting is important, yet this is only the foundation. You must have a specific plan of action for your business that is broken down weekly and daily with a deadline you can begin applying immediately and consistently until you reach your ultimate goals.
Vision
There are two main motivations in life 1) Inspiration and 2) Desperation. Always focus on what inspires you and drives you. Focus on what you ultimately want and how you can obtain it. This is the fuel that will help you reach and achieve your goals.
Serve
You will find your success will be in direct proportion with how you serve others. Always focus on treating others how you would want to be treated and deliver more than you are paid to deliver. Always focus on creating win-win deals! When you help people achieve their goals, they will help you achieve yours.
Consequences
Understand success will not happen by accident. We reap what we sow and need to accept the consequences for our actions. As Anthony Robbins said, “If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.” Commit yourself to being the best you can and the results will follow.
Attitude
Attitude comes from your expectations. If you have a positive attitude and focus, you will invite positive results and vise versa. This follows the same principle as the law of attraction which states we experience physical and mental manifestations based on our predominant thoughts, feelings, words, and actions. “The world of achievement has always belonged to the optimists.”
Habits
Most everything we do is a result of our habits. They either work for or against us. Ask yourself regularly, “Are my habits helping me get closer or farther from my goals?” Work on changing habits that are holding you back from getting the best results in your business. Don’t sabotage yourself by falling into old patterns that may have held you back in the past.
Hopefully this has given you a few things to look at objectively for business and personal improvement for now. As I mentioned earlier, I ‘ll send the 2nd segment in a few days. We thoroughly look forward to helping you achieve your financial goals and aspirations!
