Hello Investor,

As I mentioned in the last email, here is Segment 2 of the *Laws of Success Crash Course*. You can read it below or if you prefer, you can download it here: http://www.thereisystem.com/LawsOfSuccess-2.pdf

We know if you follow the principles, it will be extremely beneficial to you!

*The Laws of Success Crash Course* Segment 2

Discipline

Self discipline is doing what you know you need to do, even when you don’t feel like doing it. This is the glue between goals and accomplishments. The strength of our vision determines the strength of our discipline.

Personal development

If you are not learning, you are stagnant. As Jim Rohn said “For things to change, we must change; for things to get better, we must get better.” Those who are extremely successful live by this principle and understand the minute they stop learning, they stop progressing. Never, never stop learning.

Procrastination

Multi- millionaires have the habit of making decisions quickly and once made, they don’t just think about it, they act on it. Indecision is the thief of opportunity. Don’t procrastinate doing the things that will ultimately help you reach your goals.

Flexibility

We need to have definite goals and stick to them, yet be flexible with our plan of action. Things change and we need to take advantage of that change, not become a victim to it. Change creates the biggest opportunities for those who act on it.

People skills

Our success in life has a direct correlation with our ability to communicate and work well with others. If people don’t like or trust you, they will not do business with you. This is definitely true with real estate and one of the reasons you should always focus on creating win-win situations. It is one of the best ways to build trust simply because you have nothing to hide.

Time management

Time is more valuable than money. It is a precious commodity we all have the same amount of. Some understand how to manage it better than others. You must learn how to work smarter, not harder. Don’t spend major time on things that will not give you major results. Time management is not a matter of accomplishing more things, but accomplishing the right things for the right reasons.

Association

Where and with whom are you spending your time? All of our relationships can have a positive or negative effect on our success. Where are you spending your time and is it helping you grow your success? Cultivate associations and situations that pull you up, and try to eliminate or change those circumstances that bring you down. This is another reason why building your Power team and networking with other investors is so important.

Resentment

People may actually resent you for your success and happiness. They may feel they deserve it, but never paid the price to gain it. It is easier for them to resent you even though they could have had the same success if they had just paid the price. There is no real way to resolve this; it’s just a part of life!

We’ve really just scratched the surface and a lot more depth could be covered on each one of these. Fortunately, there are already books out there written for that! I just want to give some strong points you can focus on now to improve your business. We thoroughly look forward to helping you achieve your financial goals and aspirations!

To your success! Matthew Peterson
