Dear Investor,

The syndicator is the one who puts together the brochure or prospectus that contains all the information you need to know about a real estate syndicate. Of course, before you can invest in the syndicate, the syndicator has done that ahead of you. His role now is to promote to you the investment that he sees as worthwhile.

So, with all the work that the syndicator has to do, it is reasonable that he is entitled to a profit. However, it is also your right to know what exactly he makes and how he makes them so you can determine whether or not what he’s getting is fair.

To help you figure things out, my book can show you references to how a syndicator makes profit and how he goes about getting them. Aside from that, it has 58 chapters on topics such as the risks and rewards of syndication, depreciation, inflation, paying taxes, growing an investment, refinancing, and business organizations to name a few.
