To be honest the method I explain on the video increased my Real Estate business by 8 fold. This may seem too good to be true but once you see the video you will understand why it’s not.

Here’s the story behind this method and the results it’s had on my business.

If you don’t know me my name is Chris Curry. I have been selling Real Estate for almost 10 years. Everything went well and I made a great income until the market changed.

I would normally have 30 to 50 listings at any given time but after the market got tough few (if any) of them where selling.

I felt the squeeze when I had a few large deals fall apart and my bank account was running dry. Maybe you have experienced this in the past or are now.

But I had to do something to get my business (and income) back on track. What used to work in the past isn’t working as well any more.

So my brother Calvin (he’s also a Realtor) and I teamed up so we could test the niches and ideas we thought would turn our business around.

We had many failures and lost our shirt before we found the method that I explain in this video.

Calvin and I nick named this method “the sold-in-a-week method” because with it we get most of our listings under contract in 1 to 2 weeks and sold and closed in 4 to 6 weeks.

I know you probably think I’m nuts. But that’s okay because Calvin thought the same before we tested it. I had to twist his arm just to get him to try it with me.

The first time we tested it we had over 70 buyers come look at the home in one weekend and 23 of them made an offer. We had a contract in 9 days from when we started the test and sold the home for $10K more than we expected.
