Hi Investor,

I hope you are enjoying your last days of 2008.

Since last Monday, our home phone line has not worked. One week without a landline can be a blessing. Time Warner made an appointment to come fix my phone last Wednesday morning. They never showed or called my cell phone.

I have bee unsuccessful in getting them to come to my home and fix my phone. They did email me a long list of complicated maneuvers to make. After climbing under my desk, unplugging everything, and putting a paper clip in holes, nothing.

Because my cell phone is not reliable, we must cancel our webinar scheduled for 6 PM tonight.

I will let you know about rescheduling. In the meantime, have a grand New Year’s Eve.
